Fruity Yogurt Granola Recipe

I’m always going through phases of wanting to eat more healthy and change up my lifestyle, like many others I know also do. Of course, it never sticks and I’m back on the biscuits the next day but there’s no harm in switching it up for a day or two.

Here’s one little breakfast (or snack!) recipe that I love doing when I’m in one of these moods and it’s so simple to make.

The only ingredients you will need are:

  • an apple of any type you like,
  • a kiwi,
  • frozen grapes,
  • granola of any type,
  • yogurt, I prefer strawberry but you can have any.

I begin by chopping the fruit I am going to use. Really you can use any fruit you like, fancy a bit of mango? Go for it. I like to have half a green apple in my bowl and have the other half on the side (see picture above).

I then like a whole kiwi chopped small, personally I keep the skin on as this triples the fibre intake and increases nutrient intake.

A handful of frozen grapes, maybe 5 or 6, is then added. For me frozen grapes adds that little bit of extra excitement and texture to the bowl. Along with this handful I also add another large one of granola.

Then to finish add the yogurt!
